Licensed Child Care Full-Time Registered Early Childhood Educator

Key Responsibilities and Skills:

Full-Time EarlyON Facilitator

Key Responsibilities:

• Working independently and collaboratively within the Early Years Team.
• Foster relationships with staff, children, families and community partners.
• Planning and implementing a curriculum based on the children’s interests while supporting their ages (0-6 Years) and stages of development.
• Create environments that support Ontario’s Pedagogy for the Early Years using the four foundations of How Does Learning Happen.

Full-Time Scheduler

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain employee schedules through the ADP program according to Club
    policies and procedures, ESA legislation and Ministry guidelines.
  • Facilitate the timely and accurate production of Master and Monthly Program Schedules.
  • Adhere to mandatory staffing ratios as outlined in Ministry guidelines.
  • Promote the values of the agency and ensure Equity, Diversity and Inclusion are the
    base of all programming.
  • Use ADP scheduling software to complete scheduling coverage for Early Years and
    LGM programs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Energy, enthusiasm and commitment when facilitating activities to assigned camp group with participants ranging in ages 4-15  
  • Follow Ontario’s guidelines for Summer Camp Operations
  • Provide and maintain consistent supervision of assigned campers within ratio 
  • Complete appropriate administrative tasks in a timely manner
  • Create and facilitate general camp activities as assigned

Responsibilities:

  • Commitment to aquatics programming including water safety, swimming lessons, open swims and more!
