Administrative Assistant (Full-Time)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Club’s programs and management teams by assisting with tasks as assigned by Supervisors, Directors and the Chief Executive Officer
  • Provide information to children, parents and external stakeholders on programs, including schedules, locations, registration, start dates, and availability
  • Support Supervisors by processing program applications during registration periods, adding members to program sessions, and notifying parents of successful registrations and program times

Adult Day Program Facilitator (Part-Time)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize, participate and set up all daily activities for clients
  • Perform cleaning procedures as required following infection control guidelines
  • Work in collaboration with team members to plan monthly program activities
